How do I know what Tshirt size to order?
Each apparel product page has a link to Alternative Apparel's Size Charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.

How are orders shipped?
Within the U.S. orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are sent via USPS First Class International Mail.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders are typically processes (packaged/shipped off) within 2-3 business days.
Once shipped, orders within the U.S. typically take 3-5 business days while international orders typically take 5-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 5 days of receiving it. The returned item MUST be in its UNUSED and original condition. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return/exchange the item cannot be refunded. If returning, you will be refunded via Paypal for the cost of the item(s) but not the original postage charges. Any postal damage must be reported to [[email protected]] within 48 hours of receipt.
